NY Comic Con 2009 Day Three

Sunday, February 8th, 2009

Today was a day of picture taking and swag-hunting.  Also, I raided a booth selling comics 3 for a dollar.  AND they were bagged/boarded.  Hells yeah!  I saw MC Frontalot chilling at the Dumbrella table, so I picked up Final Boss, which he signed before a quick picture.  I saw a demo (live gameplay) of the upcoming X-Men Origins Wolverine game.  Freaking awesome, I’m totally going to get a 360 just for this game.  I didn’t do much with panels this year, as I spent a lot of Saturday trying to get video to use for my demo, but it still was a pretty awesome convention.  I also ran into one of the guys from Kirby Krackle at their table.  Musical discovery of 2009.  Yeah, I said it.  But they deserve it, I loved the song they played for me there and the stuff on their MySpace page doesn’t dissapoint.  Check them out.  Tell them Chris from NDK sent ya, hopefully they’ll remember me.
In this update, a pretty sweet spartan statue, and myself with MC Frontalot.  So awesome!

Dude, I was there too, too bad we didn’t meet up for webcomic greatness.

    There’s always NYCC 2010.

Pretty much as long as I’m on the East coast, I’ll be at NYCC.
